We primarily invest in manufactured home parks and self-storage facilities for their ease of management, favourable tenancy laws, and low maintenance costs. Our strategy emphasizes long-term, tax-efficient real estate ownership. We acquire properties with moderate leverage and aim to hold them for at least five years, potentially indefinitely. Responsible refinancing allows us to provide tax-free proceeds to our limited partners when feasible.
